Terms and Conditions for MiniBoost

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the miniboost.club website (the "Service") operated by Miniboost ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Miniboost and use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
3. Investment Plan (Boost5)
The "Boost5" plan requires a fixed investment of 5 USDT.
The investment term is six (6) months from the date of a successful deposit.
At the end of the 6-month term (maturity), the user will receive a total return of 1.5 times the principal amount (i.e., 7.5 USDT).
This return is fixed and not subject to market fluctuations.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits: All deposits must be made in USDT. The only accepted deposit amount for the investment plan is 5 USDT per transaction. We support deposits from DeFi wallets and other major cryptocurrency wallets.
Withdrawals:
The minimum withdrawal amount is 3 USDT.
The maximum daily withdrawal limit is 100 USDT.
A withdrawal fee of 5% will be charged on every transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM daily. The processing time can take between 30 minutes to 1 hour.
5. Referral Program
Miniboost offers a 3-level referral program.
Commissions are paid instantly to your account balance based on the investments made by your referrals:
Level 1: 25% commission
Level 2: 15% commission
Level 3: 10% commission
We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious or fraudulent activity related to the referral program and terminate accounts found to be in violation.
6. Subject to Market Risk
All investments in cryptocurrency products are subject to market risks, which may include partial or total loss of the principal amount. While the Boost5 plan is designed to offer a fixed return, users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with cryptocurrency assets and blockchain technology. Miniboost is not responsible for losses due to factors beyond its control, including but not limited to, regulatory changes, market volatility, or technological failures.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Miniboost, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
